More Like It

I've scored the AP at times for its lack of coverage of U.S. troops in battle in Iraq. I should say they've done much better in the last couple of days from Najaf -- at least their photographers have. I'm still missing soldiers' voices in the news reporting. But the number of photos showing Americans fighting has been roughly the same as those of the "insurgents" -- and for a change the photographers seem to be with our troops rather than clicking them through telephoto lenses from behind enemy lines.
